No. Esoterica is a symbolic, reflective product. If a passage doesn’t resonate, trust your own read — we mean that.

Accuracy is the wrong frame. The reading is shaped by patterns encoded in your birth date and the inputs you chose to share. Some of it will land immediately; some of it may sit with you for weeks. Both responses are useful.

Birth date alone is enough. Time and city are optional — they unlock additional detail (rising sign, moon positioning) but the reading works without them.

People who read carefully, who’ve kept a journal at some point, who are drawn to symbolic systems but suspicious of loud ones. It is not for people who want a forecast.

No. €29 is a one-time charge. We don’t store your card and we don’t bill you again. There is no recurring fee, ever.

Yes if delivery fails or the report is fundamentally not what was described. Reply to your order email within fourteen days. The reading itself is subjective by design, so “I didn’t connect with it” isn’t refundable — that’s why we publish a full sample at /sample before purchase.

Euros only. Your bank will handle the conversion; Stripe’s checkout shows the approximate amount in your local currency before you pay.

Yes. Purchase with the recipient’s birth date and email, or with your own email and forward the PDF. Optional gift note at checkout — we don’t add one unless you ask.

Your inputs are used only to generate your reading. Data is kept for 90 days and then automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion — see below.

Email us with subject “Data deletion request” and the email address you used at purchase. We confirm in 72 hours and delete within 7 days. There are no user accounts — nothing to log into, nothing to revoke.
