Refunds

We refund €29 — the full price you paid — under two conditions: delivery failure, or fundamentally-not-as-described. Subjective dissatisfaction with a reflective product is not refundable — which is why we publish a full real chapter at /sample before purchase, so you can decide whether the voice is for you.
1. Delivery failure
If the reading does not arrive in your inbox within 30 minutes, use /reclaim and we will re-send the link and the PDF. If we cannot deliver after a second attempt, we refund in full.
2. Fundamentally not as described
If the reading delivered is not a personalised twelve-chapter symbolic reading shaped around the inputs you provided — for example the wrong reader’s reading, blank pages, or a fundamentally broken PDF — we refund in full.
What we don’t refund
We do not refund for subjective dissatisfaction. The reading is a symbolic, reflective product; some passages will land immediately, some may not resonate at all. That is part of the form. The full sample at /sample is there so you can make this judgement before paying.
EU cancellation right (Art. 16(m))
By starting your reading at /start, you confirm that (a) you understand Esoterica is a digital service that begins generation immediately upon order, and (b) you waive your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), because the service is performed in full once the reading is dispatched (typically within minutes). We disclose this before you pay; you confirm at checkout.
How to request a refund
Reply to your order email within fourteen days of purchase, or write to support@esoterica.report. Tell us briefly what went wrong so we can verify the order and review the request under the two conditions above. Refunds are processed within seven working days to the original payment method.
