These terms govern your purchase and use of Esoterica. By placing an order you accept them. They are written to be read — short sentences, plain words, no boilerplate where boilerplate isn’t needed.
1. What you’re buying
Esoterica sells a single, one-time, personalised symbolic reading delivered as a PDF and a private web link. The reading is approximately twelve chapters, shaped around the birth date, focus area, and optional inputs you provide. Single purchase only — no subscription, no recurring charge. €29, VAT inclusive where applicable.
2. What you’re not buying
Esoterica does not provide medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The reading is reflective and symbolic, not predictive or diagnostic. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified practitioner.
3. Acceptable use
You may keep, print, or gift the PDF you receive. You may not resell it, redistribute it commercially, or republish it as your own. The reading is for personal use.
4. Refunds
See the dedicated Refund policy and the Cancellation Right note below. By starting the reading you confirm you have read both.
5. Cancellation right (EU Art. 16(m))
Esoterica is a digital service supplied immediately upon order; you waive your right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m) by confirming the start of generation at checkout. This waiver is required because the reading is generated and dispatched within minutes — once dispatched the service has been performed in full.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Esoterica is liable only for direct damages caused by the failure of the reading to generate or be delivered, and limited to the price you paid (€29). Subjective dissatisfaction with the content of the reading is not refundable — that is why we publish a full sample at /sample before purchase.
7. Data protection
See the Privacy policy. We retain inputs for 90 days and delete on request within 7 days.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Esoterica is established. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of the buyer’s residence applies.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
